Long blonde hair

The truth is there's no way to make your hair grow faster. However there are steps you can take to keep your hair healthy and long. For example if you keep your hair healthy you won't have as many split ends which means you won't have to get as much cut off when it comes time for a trim. Which bring us to our first tip, getting trims regularly.

Tip #1: Getting Trims

Get a trim every 12 weeks to get rid of splits ends and to maintain the shape of your haircut for easy styling. If you don't cut off split ends, they will split all the way up your hair shaft, making it damaged, unhealthy, frizzy and thin. This is why regular haircuts are so important.

Tip #2: Vitamins

My favorite hair vitamins are Grande Cosmetics GrandeGUMMIES Vegan Collagen Booster Gummy. Give your hair, skin & nails a boost in health & strength. Gummy supplements are packed with vegan collagen to naturally promote growth for more beautiful hair, skin & nails. You will also discover nourishing ingredients like Vitamins A, C & E, biotin, folic acid & zinc which are essential for healthy hair growth. Shop Gummies.

Tip #3 - Hair Masks

Everyone should use a hair mask at least once a week to keep their hair healthy and manageable. A hair mask will moisturize and strengthen your hair which will help you achieve luscious long locks in no time. Not sure which hair mask is best for your hair? READ: Which hair mask is right for me?

Tip #4 - Healthy Diet

My last tip is eating healthy. Eating a healthy diet is a must for growing long healthy hair. You'll want foods with plenty of biotin, protein and vitamins A, C, and E. They have been scientifically proven to promote hair growth. Some examples are eggs, spinach, fish and nuts.
